- 14:30 – Exit strategy – be aware of your exit strategy and make sure you think about the full picture. Give notice and let the company have some control over how you announce it and part on good terms
- 15:33 – Check out websites like Glassdoor – see what people are saying about the organization and formulate questions around what you find out
- 16:06 – Make a list of what you want – PTO, sick days, bonuses, reviews?
- 17:01 – If they ask you to join them in less than 2 weeks they aren’t respectful of others in the business place and that’s a red flag
- 18:18 – If a company is fixed on we can’t, we can’t, we can’t during the interview – think twice about joining that company
