Courtney Smith – In pursuit of her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Indianapolis, Courtney began her marketing career as an intern with Resource Commercial Real Estate. Courtney then accepted her first job in 2010 with the Indy Chamber spearheading their digital marketing strategy for economic development in Indianapolis. Within her 4 years she handled investor event planning, social media strategy, email marketing, budgeting and external communications.
Courtney’s prior experience led her to find her career passion in the multi-family housing industry in 2014 when she joined Barrett & Stokely. Her efforts included; creating and measuring results for dimensional advertising campaigns, overseeing promotional programs that improve web traffic and implementing lead generation tactics for under-performing properties.
In 2017, she took a role with Bluestone Properties as the head of Marketing responsible for researching and analyzing a number of national markets to determine a strategic marketing approach for a large portfolio of multifamily properties. Her main responsibilities included ensuring that each marketing plan was being carried out accurately along with corresponding social media strategies that were designed to improve online presence and effective online advertising while maintaining a consistent quality brand across the country.
She came back to Barrett & Stokely in 2019 with a wealth of knowledge from her national experience. She now oversees all marketing efforts for the fee-managed portfolio and excels in targeted digital and traditional marketing campaign strategy, and implementing new technology and new development.
Matt Ruedlinger – Entrepreneurship is part of Matt’s DNA, from his grandfather’s owned campground to his father’s owned heating and air company. In 2005, Matt continued the generational heritage by starting Triple R Marketing. The mission is to help businesses find and develop differentiators so they can grow their own personal businesses through services such as consulting, graphic design and pay per click advertising management. Additional growth allowed for the offerings of promotional products, apparel, print materials, and signage.

During his 25 years in sales and marketing, Matt has developed a formula and a process for finding the quality that differentiates his clients from the rest.

He has also appeared on Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick, he is a certified Google Partner, and currently has a patent pending status on a sports memorabilia display case that he developed. His passion is collaborating and he shares ideas with some of the most talented marketers and thought leaders in the world on a weekly basis.
